"Margaret Babbington is responsible for developing strategies to hire exceptionally talented people. This includes providing clients and candidates with enticing and compelling experiences throughout the hiring process. She is focused on building a scalable operation while working closely with management to develop creative and innovative solutions that support the company’s continual growth.

Margaret Babbington has over 12 years of experience with hiring top talent in a highly competitive market. Her previous experience includes 7 years with her own recruiting company, Babbington Inc. Prior to Babbington Inc., she worked for 5 years as a Senior Account Executive/Recruiter for Spherion (currently Technisourse) where she recruited top talent for start-ups, Fortune 100 companies, as well as some of the largest integrators.

Margaret Babbington has an undergraduate Business degree from Loyola College in Baltimore and is an active member with Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Women in Technology (WIT).

Margaret Babbington is a native Washingtonian and currently lives in Chevy Chase, MD with her husband and two children. She is an active member of her community which includes raising funds for Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, and Haiti. As an active triathlete, she believes a focus on Wellness and Nutrition helps maintain an overall balanced healthy life in and outside of work.
