Molecules

Molecules is an application for viewing three-dimensional renderings of molecules and manipulating them using your fingers. You can rotate the molecules by moving your finger across the display, zoom in or out by using two-finger pinch gestures, or pan the molecule by moving two fingers across the screen at once.

New molecules can be downloaded from the RCSB Protein Data Bank (http://www.rcsb.org/pdb), an international repository of biological molecules and their 3-D structures. Molecules can be downloaded directly to your handheld device and stored there for later viewing.

Pi Cubed

Pi Cubed is a visual math application for the iPhone / iPod touch that lets you perform calculations as you would on a piece of paper. By using an animated, touch-based interface, even the most complex mathematical expressions can be entered and instantly evaluated. These expressions are typeset as they would be in a textbook or on a blackboard. Calculations are displayed with up to 34 digits of decimal precision. Additionally, a library of over 150 equations ships with the application. Learn more

Narrator

Narrator was our first product for Mac OS X. It utilizes speech synthesis to read out the contents of a text document, using different voices for different parts. You have a range of "actors" that can portray any number of "characters", so various passages of your document are spoken with differing voices, pitches, inflections, etc. You can have it read out a play or story with appropriate voices. The words are highlighted on-screen, and there are also a couple of silent read-along options for stage directions, or for you to read out your own parts. Learn more

BlogAssist

A handy tool to help weblog and website editing by making HTML markup easier. It includes a system menu that uses text on the clipboard, a Services menu command that displays a small panel to choose the operation to perform on selected text, and display a preview (via WebKit), and a similar floating window that can be left open. Macfilink

An affiliate link cloaker. It creates a web page for you to upload to your own site, so that your customers see a page on your site, with your URL, instead of the affiliate URL - but they still see the merchant's site. While everyone was knocking the iPhone's capabilities and complaining about the lack of iChat support, we took a different route and figured we'd fill the gap that Apple shockingly left open. That being said, MobileChat was born. Using a simplistic approach, keeping a unified GUI in mind, and using the most light weight methods for executing tasks, MobileChat is the premier AIM Application for the iPhone. "Studying to be a New Media Designer has allowed me to be a part to of many different aspects of projects. I am part designer, part programmer, part musician and audio engineer, and a healthy dollop of videographer / director / editor.

I also work with printed mediums as well. Anything from a small run of Postcards, Business Cards, Trade Show Banners, or Posters.

Kongregate's (Collectable Card Game) CCG, Kongai is a battle-oriented game designed for those who feel right at home snuggled up in their opponent's brain, as it favors mind-game mastery over brute power or luck. What I did: "I was hired to work on the UI for the first pre-beta of the game. I designed the Cards functionality and look, and many aspects of the UI and overall style of the game. The current version of the game has been updated and improved since I worked on it last. Many of my original work remains, the cards are still 100% me : ). The team at Kongreate has really taken the game to the next level now and I look forward to its final release. This was a rare opportunity and I learned a lot about UI in general and game design. Oh and Kongregate Rules! "
